MethodDescription
It is proposed to exclude community employment participants from working in childcare if they do not have their FETAC Level 5 Certificate. We are a Community based childcare facility and value the contribution of our CE participants who all commence their training on starting placement with us. This placement benefits the CE participants as they gain valuable hands on work experience which enhances their training and knowledge of childcare.
