Intent: I have made a recommendation to the Defence Forces and your predecessors in the past that Ireland keeps, maintained in reserve a sufficient fleet of vehicles, that could not be electronically affected, in the unlikely event of an EMP attack or natural phenomena Solar Flares.::There is due to be a number of Buses retired, from Dublin Bus and Bus Eireann, that would be suitable for this purpose, to provide emergency transportation for the general population, that I highly recommend the Defence forces should keep in reserve and Defence Forces mechanics are trained to maintain them and drive them.::That fuel to be kept in our emergency strategic fuel reserve for these vehicles and other uses, I highly recommend this is biofuel, sourced from Irish Farmers, as part of our emergency strategic fuel reserve and that they are paid a fair market price for this biofuel, to boost the uptake of biofuel manufacturing on the island by our farmers, so we are not dependent on foreign volatile fossil fue
