DLR Chamber's Bespoke Locale Report 2026 identifies 160 visibly stressed trading-SME sites, particularly in Beauty & Personal Care, Retail and Food & Hospitality, with concentrations around Sandyford, the Blackrock corridor and Cabinteely-Carrickmines. The report recommends targeted, place-based intervention rather than relying solely on county-wide measures.

DLR Chamber's Bespoke Locale Report 2026 finds 61% of adults hold a third-level qualification and 63.5% of classified occupations are managerial, professional or associate-professional. It identifies opportunities across the energy transition, digital economy, creative industries, private medicine and blue economy, supporting closer alignment of skills and enterprise needs.

DLR Chamber's Bespoke Locale Report 2026 identifies 210 visible early-years and afterschool facilities serving 15,762 children. It also records 11,286 women whose principal economic status is 'looking after home or family', compared with 879 men. The report recommends sequencing childcare capacity into major housing growth areas.
