Intent: Intended to ensure the drivers behind our re-zoning proposal is understood, and to aim to ensure that it is conveyed that our submission was well thought-out, researched and fully conveying what we are trying to achieve through our LAP Submission for Blessington. Identifying steps taken to establish facts included in our submission including GPR Surveys, Analysis of WWTP's throughout Ireland, Consultations and engagement with local residents to ensure what we propose is supported by local needs.
