At the event, Anita Murphy spokebriefly with Robert McGuiness, Principal Officer, DECC regarding the Phase 2 process.Anita Murphy briefly expressed doubt that declarations from applicants as to satisfaction of MAC merit criteriain order to allow them to participate in ORESS was a sufficiently robust process.
