Intent: To secure engagement with me and ensure that relevant State bodies and public officials were aware that, in my professional view, the approved GCRR fails to meet its key objectives and should not be relied upon for further State planning, approval, funding, sanction or implementation without due diligence.::To have the relevant bodies evaluate whether modifications within the existing GCRR corridor / scheme envelope could allow the scheme to meet its own objectives.
