Intent: Engagement with Health interested TDs to:- Highlight the potential patient and health system impact/cost resulting from removing low dose codeine containing products from OTC use in Ireland. - Share/raise a range of procedural concerns relating to the review process adopted.- Facilitate political scrutiny of a significant potential public policy development, in the interest of safeguarding patient choice, self-care and the clinical autonomy of pharmacists.
