Intent: In 2021 the Green Party promised that 'it would not be appropriate for the development of any LNG terminals in Ireland to be permitted'. Now the High Court has ruled that 'Government policy does not constitute a moratorium on LNG terminals and ordered An Bord Pleanala to reconsider Shannon LNG's application to build a massive polluting terminal in Kerry to allow fracked gas into Ireland. I am asking the Green Party to ensure that the moratorium on LNG is immediately re-established
