Intent: The intention was to keep the councillors informed about the project, to keep them aware of the status of the proposed project should they receive any queries from residents.

Details: Follow up with local councillors in Edenderry as part of our community engagement, updating them of a wind farm that we hope to get planning permission for in the townlands of Clonarrow or Riverlyons.

Methods
Calls were made to local councillors to try arrange in-person meetings, to update councillors of the proposed project ahead of community door to door visits. Calls were made on Tuesday 19th November and Monday 03rd December. Some councillors were canvassing and were unable to engage. Voicemails and texts left in cases where there was no response. - Phone callIssued a flyer and a cover letter, outlining the latest updates to proposed project in the area to all 6 listed Edenderry councillors.The flyer included details of the proposed project, overview of the process for a wind farm planning application including timelines, potential benefits for the community and wider benefits of deploying renewable projects.The letter noted our community engagement plans and availability for an in person meeting. - Letter
