Also to gain an understanding of the work being done within the council to address the issue, to meet targets and to help them understand how we can all work collaboratively. ::Gain an understanding of how we can engage with utility providers and others to ensure infrastructure deficits are addressed in a timely fashion in order to meet growth targets.
