Intent: To increase awareness and support for the need for film, TV and digital content production studios/infrastructure in Dublin City Centre. To advocate for zoning of 20 of the 84 acres available on the Poolbeg West SDZ for ‘film and television production industries’, which in turn would create 3,600 jobs (1,800 direct) for Irish creative talent and local people in Dublin’s inner city. The studios would support the creation of a ‘living community’ where people could live and work side-by-side.
