Intent: We never requested any specific action but did state the intentions of the company as set forth specifically in a submission to the local authority. We sent a copy of that formal submission to the DPOs and did so for the purpose of providing information. It is arguable that we did not in fact engage in lobbying as we did not make any requests or seek any specific action or result but to ensure compliance we decided to err on the side of caution and register the communication.

Intent: Kildare Branch of Down Syndrome Ireland, having been previously advised they had secured a premises in Naas through Kildare Co Co, were informed on 19 April that this premises is no longer available. They have to vacate their Pipershill premises by the end of June. They require a temporary premises with: a private room for speech therapy, a large room and small room for Early Development classes, access to a small kitchen, toilets and preferably a second private office and storage area.
