Details: Raise Economic Development Concerns with Limerick City and County Council

Intent: Limerick Chamber met with relevant local authority staff from Limerick City and County Council to discuss items critical for both industry and wider economic development. Limerick chamber pushed for updates on economic development and industry growth enablers in Limerick City Centre and specific updates to developments in infrastructure, housing and public realm in surrounding areas across the city centre and county.

Intent: Call to VM requesting a meeting with John Moran - Mayor of Limerick. We discussed having a meeting re: the Arthur's Quay Framework Plan to which we made a comprehensive submission on last November. We have not received any feedback or update from Limerick City and County Council as to when the final framework plan will be published. As owners of Arthur's Quay Shopping Centre, which is a central component of the Framework Plan, we're hoping to meet with Mayor prior to the report being published
