Intent: To submit views on WCC Issues Paper and outline the importance of embedding climate action into local authority planning, the opportunities presented by offshore wind development to the Wicklow area and the need for alignment across national, local and marine planning. The importance action at a local level to improve energy efficiency and facilitate the electrification of heat and transport were also highlighted.

Intent: • Make the new third lane a bus and car-pooling lane; a lane that may be used by buses and only those cars carrying three (3) or more passengers.::• Provide free and easily accessible Park 'n Rides at all junctions on the N11/M11. • Improve and extend existing Park 'n Rides servicing the Luas and Dart lines.::• Increase the number of buses using the N11/M11
Intent: We were proposing to retain the existing zoning in line with the managers wording within the LAP
Details: Bray LAP was the subject of review by Wicklow Co Co - there were motions to change the zoning on the former Bray Golf Club Lands which would have seen the managers recommendations altered

60 were to councillors asking them to rezone the floodplain in the Local Area Plan for Bray: this was unsuccessful.
