Intent: Clare Public Participation Network intended to draw Councillors attention to the scarcity of rental accommodation, and the issues of homelessness and the housing waiting lists in County Clare and to seek their opinions and suggestion on what should be done in response to this. Clare Public Particpation Network intended to communicate all responses to our member groups.
