This issue was raised at meetings of Clare County Council's LCDC & Social Development SPC by Clare PPN's representatives Mary O'Donoghue and Dermot Hayes- this was followed up by emails sent by Sarah Clancy to all County Councillors In Clare. - Meeting
Intent: Clare Public Participation Network intended to draw Councillors attention to the scarcity of rental accommodation, and the issues of homelessness and the housing waiting lists in County Clare and to seek their opinions and suggestion on what should be done in response to this. Clare Public Particpation Network intended to communicate all responses to our member groups.
Details: Clare Public Participation Network wrote letters , follow up emails, and made follow up phone calls to all of Clare's County Councillors seeking their views and suggestions on the current housing situations in Clare
