Intent: Ensure that all international students, including English Language Students, are eligible for the student leap card. The NTA have changed their eligibility criteria recently to exclude ELE students. ::Establish stakeholder engagement mechanism for the sector. The ELE sector felt excluded from the process, which resulted in a change of policy regarding visa-requiring students. The financial requirements for these students increased in June 2025. The policy was announced in late April without consultation with International Education bodies. ::Opportunity to present to the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Further and Higher Education.

Intent: Ensure sufficient funding and resources are dedicated to developing the Floating Offshore Wind sector, capitalising on the high wind speeds along Ireland's west coart.::Ensure that public and private enterprise, research institutions and skilled workers across the Atlantic Economic Corridor are embedded in the offshore wind value chain by accelerating investment in enabling marine area plans and infrastructure.::Ensure that the grid is upgraded to support renewable energy connections and future-proof business growth.::Expand SEAI supports and energy efficient grants. ::Encourage green investment incentives / support regional climate adaptation funding / enhance tax breaks or grants to companies that are achieving their carbon neutrality.
