Farmers need a period of certainty to justify making ongoing environmental investments.::To request that Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin clarify his party's position on the Nitrates derogation. This follows comments by Fianna Fail's candidate in the Dublin European constituency Barry Andrews on the RTE Prime Time debate.::To highlight that the candidate clearly said he does not support the continuation of the derogation.
