The Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber wish to see vibrant urban centres where occupancy is priority and vacancy is discouraged. The D&WW Chamber believes that collection of rates on the vacant site levy and a rate on long term commercial vacancy would generate the additional revenue required by the Waterford Council for the inclusions in the 2022 budget
