Any future tender for the provision of employment services should be restricted to not-for-profit organisations and should focus on supporting the most disadvantaged.2. Progressions to Tús and CE should count towards the achievement of targets.Tús:1. Reduce the Inter-Tús Placement qualification period from 3 yrs to 1 yr.2. Extend employment contracts for those identified as needing increased support3. Update eligibility criteria to increase access4.
