Intent: Increased awareness from decision makers of the level of service offered from YAP throughout the covid-19 pandemic and also awareness of the experiences and needs our clients face in these unprecedented times

Details: YAP sent email correspondance to DPOS regarding our level of service throughout the covid-19 pandemic. An info graphic detailing a survey response from our clients of their needs going forward and hopes from the new government was also included.

Methods
An email was sent to selected DPO's informing them of the level of serviced offered by Youth Advocate Programmes throughout the covid-19 pandemic. With this email an infograpic was included that detailed the experiences and needs from YAP clients due to the pandemic. It also detailed their hopes for the incoming government and what changes they would like to see. - Email

Intent: Increased awareness among decision makers in the areas of TUSLA Child & Family Services, Education, HSE Disability. Irish Youth Justice and Mental Health about the work that YAP Ireland does and the strong outcomes that we achieve with young people and families.

Details: YAP Ireland hosted a launch event in Dublin on Wednesday February 19th. The event launched research completed by UNESCO Child and Family Centre, YAP Annual Report, YAP Strategic Plan and YAP Youth CEO Report.
