Officials from Kildare county council asked to meet the combined residents group in relation to the proposed Gallops Avenue. Th eofficials expressed a desire to develop the road in a manner that woulld minimise the impact on residents. Individual Meetings with Naas Area Members to present maps of agricultural lands in townland of Naas East, Kilcullen Road, Naas, and plans for their proposed development. A copy of the Colivet Family's submission to the Naas Local Area Plan was tabled, and a copy presented to each member for their information. Intent: To propose the scrapping Section 8 of this bill which would allow hedgecutting in August & burning in March will negatively impact breeding birds and other biodiversity. Comms also included detail on the impacts of burning on birds and other wildlife.
