Intent: I am raising serious concerns I have regarding the appointment of a senior public employee prematurely.This was very unwise considering the project has not been given approval by An bord pleanala and funds for the project have been secured this poor decision shows complete contempt for the process and the Irish taxpayers and exchequer funds, he should not of been offered the position until the project was approved and Actually goes ahead.
