Intent: The subject lands (10ha) are locate along the southern boundary of Hollystown Golf Course noth of Tyrrelstown Town Centre. The lands provide an ideal opportunity to provide for additional 'RA' zoned lands and from a natural extension of the existing Kilmartin LAP boundary and for a recreational facility for Dublin GAA through the provision of a 2.5 ha playing pitch and related ancillary facilities including dressing rooms, car and cycle parking.
