Intent: In Budget 2025, it is essential that the Government commits to fully resourcing and implementing the Action Plan for Disability Services 2024-2026.

Intent: That consideration be given to extending the areas in which Clár funding is currently available. The Irish Red Cross has benefited from the Clár programme to fund ambulances and community support vehicles in the past. The extension of the programme would allow more IRC branches to apply for support in the future.
