It will involve the compulsory purchase of 1,470 acres of land by Donegal County Council and impact 475 property owners.::To ensure that, under the roads agreement with T11 in place, all farmers and landowners are treated fairly and properly under the Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) compensation process.
