Intent: To discuss with the Minister for Enterprise (with IDA participation) MSD's footprint in Ireland, Ireland’s pro innovation policy environment, MFN and the changes underway globally, improving access to medicines in Ireland, Irelands EU Presidency, the establishment of an EU Pharma Taskforce, private wires policy, Ireland's new life science strategy, UWWTD together with reaffirming MSD’s 50-year partnership with Ireland.
Intent: To inform discussion of insurance issues within government, including the Judicial Council recommendation to increase personal injury awards, also responding to consultations like the Action Plan for Insurance Reform, Ireland for Finance, and raising proposals to make the sector more competitive. To host a discussion on issues pertinent to the insurance sector as part of the European Insurance Forum.

Intent: To highlight reforms to improve effectiveness and proportionality of Solvency II regime, Retail Investment Strategy, European Commission proposal for an insurance recovery and resolution directive, the Omnibus Simplification Package including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, securitisation and Anti-Money Laundering regulation.
