Methods
A submission was made to Cork City Council in relation to Material Amendment 2.77 of the Draft Cork City Development Plan 2022-28. Following the closure of the public consultation period, I organized a meeting with the Elected Members from the North East Electoral Area in order to provide more background on the submission. As neither Sinn Féin nor Fianna Fáil had Elected Members in the North East Electoral Area, I invited Councilors Nugent and Martin send representatives of their respective parties. The meeting took place on Thursday 23 June 2022 in the Northside for Business Campus at Spring Lane, Ballyvolane, Cork. Councilors Kavangah, Maher, Moran, Nugent and Tynan attended the meeting, Mr. JJ O'Connell and I represented Cork URBAN Enterprises at the meeting. Some tenants of the Northside for Business Campus also attended. - MeetingI emailed the Designated Public Officials listed in 5 below to set up the meeting detailed in Activity 1 above and to confirm their attendance (2-5 emails for each DPO). - Email
