Intent: That only professions who have statutory regulation should be designated as Mental Health Professions.The provisions under Part 3 Chapter 3 - Consent to Treatment (Involuntary Admissions) of the Bill, should be deleted. The criteria for involuntary admission and treatment should be the same and thus the admission order should become an admission and treatment order.
